No. However feedback is essential to maximise the benefits of your training program. If you prefer not to use training software an excel spreadsheet can be set up for you or you can simply send an email each week summarising your training.

DOES THE TRAINING WEEK RUN FROM MONDAY TO SUNDAY?
No – each client’s program will be written on a specific day and the program will cover the next 7 days. So if your program is written on a Tuesday then it will cover training from Wednesday to the following Tuesday.

No – you have unlimited access to ask as many questions as you want. Email is the preferred method of communication although phone calls or Skype chats can be arranged.

Generally yes – the most common reasons for missing training are injury and you will be advised on how to manage the injury and what other training you can do during that time. If however there is a very good reason why you can’t train and I can’t provide any assistance then a suspension in the weekly fee can be arranged.
